Is there anyone who has experience in applying photo diode array to detect signals up to several hundred MHz? I can't find suitable commercial product

some single PD can have very fast speed up to GHz, but as for PD array which has a compact package, we didn't found products with corresponding speed. If there is someone has related information, hope to get help from you!
