I am interested to do my PhD research on venom proteomics. I don't have details idea of it. I am a beginner in this area. Is there anyone who can support me to provide necessary information regarding the topics?
Faysal, I am so happy to see that you are thinking in this line and not leaving the field. To start, I will recommend you to take a Bioinformatics course first. You can do it online (Coursera/edx platform) and start following researchers and academics of this field on social media. Twitter, ResearchGate & Linkedin can be a great place for you to find target contacts. Once you find some contacts, you approach them gently, let know your interest and try for an internship. These are just my suggestions, not much help though. However, I can help a little with bioinformatics. Also, Pilu vai (Waheduzzaman), a faculty of Chittagong University can be a great contact for this purpose and you should approach him. All the best my dear.
