hi there، does anyone deal with an unusual problem in bacterial cellulose production?
we use standard strain for production, at first, we had gotten normal polysaccharides as others work, but unfortunately, the result changed. by using the same procedure and protocol, nonetheless, now we get polysaccharide but not in the form of polymer, it's somehow water-soluble, and it deposits at the bottom of the flask.
