According to enhanced permeability and retention (EPR) effect, There may be several reasons for this effect, such as lack of lymphatics around the tumor region, etc.
Surely this effect varies in different tumors and different people. Is there any way to measure the extent of the effect in different patients?

I'm not sure if I'm right, but according to this sentence from the article : "There are very few human clinical studies on nanoparticle imaging that can effectively address the prevalence of EPR." I guess EPR can be measured by appropriate imaging. Also measuring the uptake of tumor cells can help.
