In ANN we get output in workspace that we can copy paste in Excel sheet. But in ANFIS it is not possible to get testing output as a single file, I am doing modelling in evapotranspiration. I have 4 inputs (temp,humidity,solar radiation,wind) and one output (evapotranspiration).
Please follow this path; Excel option, Add Ins; go; Brows; Folder in which Matlab is installed; Matlab; toolbox; exlink; excllink2007.xlam

To simulate new data with your trained ANFIS you need to save FIS. Then you can load your best FIS and simulate new data set using "evalfis".

If you want to transfer/exchange the data between Matlab and Excel in any of your matlab programs, you can use xlsread and xlswrite commands.
i have 1400 datapoints.. 75% are used for training 25% are for testing... i have created a ANFIS model with less error..and optimum MFs,rules etc.. my question is how do testing.?.. please somebody explain testing proecedure in ANFIS.... i need testing output result as a file... for excel...
As I told you you should use best FIS to test your trained ANFIS. You can use following command:
evalfis(Test data ,Best FIS)
ok, but i need ANFIS test output in order to plot regression (Target output vs ANFIS output) in excel sheet...
The output of the above-mentioned command is your predicted output. Then use command "plotregression(predicted,actual)" to draw your plot regression
You have two ways:1. Write their formula in MATLAB
2. Use Predicted and Actual values in excel and calculate them
But it is very time wasting method to type 300+ test output datas typing in excel .... Is there any way to get output in matlab workspace..?
At first you should link your MATLAB to excel. Then use "get data from MATLAB" in your excel to get your results in excel.

In ANFIS, you can use the command of "evalfis" as kind of below:
Output=evalfis(Input matrix, fis)
Here input matrix is the matrix supposed to be in workspace in Matlab. You can copy from your excel data file excluding output coloumn. Fis is the ANFIS > export > export as workspace file. And output matrix is the matrix the outputs are calculated as per input data using FIS.
