I am working on entomopathgens as potential BCAs

For entomopathogenic fungi, one of the best media is based on cykloheximid and dodine. Although some based on CTAB exist.

FOr bacillus you must heat suspension spores (depended on material you use) to 80°C for 10 min. It will kill non sporulating bacteria. Spore suspesion is plated on LB agar and colonies checked.
