i used most of programs (nitro,adobe acrobate,some online web sites,pdf grapper)
and i get very bad results you can say no results.adobe acrobate doesnot support arabic OCR
I don't really know but I doubt it, you would need an online translator where you type in each individual word. Maybe there is something that can read scanned not really sure
adobe reader use OCR (optical character recognition) to recognize English text and some other language .so I can convert scanned English pdf text to word .but I can not do it with arabic text
