I am searching information for any virus member in Flaviviridae family which dose not create replication vesicles in ER membrane during their infection cycle.
If you know any kind of virus or some information or literature can give me the clear information, please help me!

The unfortunate short answer to your question is no. That is because Flaviviruses, including emerging arthropod-borne the Dengue virus and the West Nile virus, ALL are using the complex molecular interactions between the virus and host cell. Namely, membrane invaginations towards the lumen of the ER and double membrane vesicles, representing extrusions also originating from the ER, respectively. Either morphotype might reflect common pathways and principles that are used by these viruses to form their membranous replication compartments. So, the above molecular mechanisms allowing flaviviruses to manipulate host cell functions for successful infection, are the defining point in the pathogenesis of flaviviral diseases.

Thank you very much for your answer to my question!
Actually, before adding my question here, I also did searching literatures and also look up all the relating members in Flaviviruses or other positive strand RNA viruses. But I could not find out. So I think you are right and I should give up the idea to find any virus in Flaviviridae which dose not create the replication vesicles.
