I am wondering if there is any tool available to do this job? Or similar plotting. What i want to do actually is to show that the community has been changed. Before exposure and after exposure there is a differrence in community both qualitatively. I want to assign each genus specific shape/color and then whole community proportion is shown. Any help would be highly appreciable.

If I remember correct, you are doing some comparative study for the amplicon sequencing and qPCR data. Can you please tell me exactly what sequencing strategy have you been using?
[ If it is illumina amplicon sequencing of 16s DNA, you could use any bioinformatic pipeline (dada2/QIIME2/mother) and visualization could depend on the bioinformatic pipeline you are using. I have been using dada2 pipeline for the bioinformatic analysis and clustering and phyloseq for the visualization of the sequencing data. For this, there are sufficient amount of tutorials available on internet which will serve your purpose.]
Thats right... I am also using dada2 and QIIME2. But here I am trying to summarise my results in the form of graphical abstract where I can show disturbed community before and after the treatment; just like we normally see the dysbiosis. The idea is to draw something like this, where population can be numerically assigned with colors...

such kind of figures are not made from any data analysis software. It is just a visual representation from the data generated by data analysis software. In phyloseq you could make several combination of graphs according to treatment.
Thats right. But i posted this question to see if someone really has seen something like this.. otherwise its fine...
