All the commercial PCR master mixes contain thermo DNA polymerase. Freeze-thaw frequently or long storage at 4'C could cause activity loss of the enclosed DNA polymerase. Don't mixed up with dNTP solution mix that only contain four deoxynucleotides.

Hi Mahmoud, almost all Companies nowadays offer both the 2x mixes that contain everything (except the primers, of course!) and a flexible system where you can buy the Taq and the buffers separately. GoTaq Flexi from Promega is one possibility, as mentioned above, with its 5x buffer, Sigma offers a 10x buffer, ThermoFisher has a whole series of 10x buffers, same for NEB, and so on. Just search on Google or within the Companies websites...
