There are several commercial materials (microwave ceramics) having
large permittivity and low dielectric losses at 1 GHz but, due to my knowledge,
there are no magnetic materials having large permeability and small
magnetic losses at 1 GHz (generally at microwabe frequency range).
All low loss microwave ferrites exhibit low pemeability above the frequency of
their natural ferromagnetic resonace.
