Is there any standard conversion formula between NTU or FNU turbidity units?

I got the turbidity results in FNU. But I want to convert it into NTU. I don't know the optimum range of the FNU unit also. It will be nice if you help me figure out the problem.

Suppose I got FNU 5.0, what will be NTU=?
