I know there is one tool called as EVA tool in MIKE Zero but it is the paid tool. However, I am looking for a free tool and not the paid tool but the one which can do the analysis of extreme values for different return periods using different types of distributions like Gumbel, GEV, LN, Weibull.

However, it is still under development and may not support all the functionality that you need. If you are familiar with the Julia language you can clone the package and implement any missing features yourself, or ask the package developers directly if they could add a specific component to the package in the near future.
