There are many software for system modeling such as MATLAB/Simulink, AMESim, Dymola, Easy-5 etc. They are comparable in terms of functionality. Some are decent for combinations of different type of modelings; for example AnyLogic allows you to combine SD with ABM.
Is there any in which combining SD with DES is possible?

I think you should take a look at the language Modelica for describing dynamical systems. There are also good open source implementations like JModelica, see http://www.jmodelica.org

Yes, actually you can build SD models in NetLogo. Also, as you know, NetLogo is perfect for discrite phenomena. Therefore, you can combine both.

No problem :) Glad to help. There are some other free books, but I've used this one to teach modeling and simulation in the past and I think its the most accessible, partially because most of the models are also freely available as examples online, so even if the code isn't perfect, you can see the finished model and get a good handle on what might be going wrong.
I suggest Flexsim. It is enable to combine some dynamic simulation with S with discrete event simulation, but it has some limitation. because It focus on simulating discrete events.
