Can anyone help with Stiction transition and Friction transition velocities in MSC ADAMS Software contact?

I am simulating a pin on a disk both dry steel. I need to define friction in contact window. And at the end of contact properties window there are 2 coefficients called Stiction transition and Friction transition velocities. By default there are 100 & 1000 mm/sec.

As my simulation goes around 1.6 mm/sec should I replace the 1000 with 1.6? and as Stiction velocity should be lower than friction transition velocity should I change that 100 to something like 0.1 mm/sec?
