Path analysis can mean a few things. Since you mention AMOS I'll assume you are using this in their way, so structural equation models (sems)

Are you doing this so that you can compare output across packages? If so, it might be useful to use a collection of the R packages for sem. See https://cran.r-project.org/web/views/Psychometrics.html for a list of a dozen or so sem packages. Also, depending on what you are doing the Bayesian packages, like Stan, JAGS, and OpenBugs, might be useful.

Any SEM and Pls-SEM software could do path analysis but Amos Graphic and Smart Pls are the preferred choice if I could suggest.
