No any scientifically proved food however, as per UNICEF, WFP , WHO, and FAO follow healthy diet includes, variety of food from all food group, consume fresh fruits and vegetables with good hydration and limitation of salt and sugar in diet will be helpful in recovery .
In my opinion that is no published document that establish the role of functional food in the management of COVID-19. However, I advise on the consumption of fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, fermented dairy products, pulses etc. to boost the immunity. A person with strong immunity can hardly get infection.
