Procrastination in organizational level is a huge burden to any strategic goal and strategy itself. There is individual procr. and collective, although the collective one is marely due to organizational culture, typically with strong leader and strong conservative hyerarchy and structure where there is no enough motivation for intitiative and decision-making and the whole business process is slow anyhow due to organizational system.
This is an interesting organizational issue. I wonder if anyone has looked at the relationship between procrastination and resistance? It seems that these two are very interrelated and they play a part in all l aspects of organizational life.
Another thought: Are procrastination and resistance always negative?
