I was wondering if, due to high imbalance with dosages in long term illnesses of adrenal gland(like Primal Adrenal deficiency) and broad spectrum of side effects (especially hydrocortisone) is ongoing research on substitute. Something like pomp? inhaling?

Dear Soheila Mokmeli, thank you for links, but the mechanism is unknown and even unproven. with primary deficiency where due autoimmune mechanism adrenal gland is greatly damaged and unable do produce mineralocorticoids, rtesearch shown that untreated addision disease is fatal in time range of about three years, due to total lack of cortisol, so i think herbal medicines are not "simply enough".however problem with current treatment is not proper regulation of doses and long term treatment vastly decrease Quality of Life.
Yes , you are right. And there is just a long way to reach that point. There are other thoughts like cold laser therapy with close mechanism, but there isn't any designed study for this option. Maybe in the future.
