Hello Nazli, No, SPSS is a bit slow to incorporate bootstrap/resampling for within-subjects factor designs. I suspect that's because the programming for the routine would nominally have to replicate the full set of scores per person/case, instead of individual scores, but that's supposition on my part. You could go at it yourself by just creating one large, "meta-file," by copying your data set onto itself a bunch of times, then running repeated random samples equal in size to your original data set N, and recording the outcome of interest, and repeating the process 1,000 times or so, then compare your observed result to those results for an empirical probability.
