Ozone in the troposphere (a pollutant) can lead to deforestation. However, I am not aware of any ways that deforestation impacts (or "depletes") the ozone layer in the stratosphere. This is generally caused by pollutants such as CFCs used as propellents and in refrigeration, that had been replaced with HFCs and PFCs that contribute to climate change.

As you mentioned, the problem has not been definitively solved yet, refering to ozone depleting substances, because there is a wide range of gases that destroy ozone, including the hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs), these compounds still remain in the atmosphere and the production in some countries will not cease until 2030, according with the EPA report (2000) and the WMO (2010).

What I'm trying to do is to find out or evaluate a relation between the deforestation on the Amazon rainforest (which is increasing), and the ozone depletion in those latitudes, because I've plotted the data of total ozone using the OMI and I was struck by the gradual decrease that has been happened for the last 50 years in The northern parts of Peru.

I find what you are seeing to be very interesting. 

Could it be that the forests are helping produce and maintain stratospheric ozone through the production of oxygen (and maybe even volatile organic compounds (VOCs) such as turpines, etc.) that are injected into the stratosphere? Apparently stratospheric ozone formation is greatest in the tropics (where there would be more vegetative activity on an annual basis), so you could very well be on to something here.

I'm not quite sure how to evalute just tropospheric ozone using OMI-data, because I'm mapping all the profile amount (TOC), so I have not been able to separate both layers. 

I am interesting to know if it is possible to evaluate troposferic ozone, because we know well there is a decrease in the amount of Amazonian forests due to deforestation and it affects the amount of co2 capture.

I will really appreciate any help in this topic.

Tropospheric ozone is easily evaluated with a number of monitoring devices (although they can be pricey). However, some of the electrochemical sensors do a good job on ozone and passive samplers can provide spatial (but not temporal) resolution. 

Deforestation is mainly the clearing of forest by different means like cutting, burning, etc. If we talk about burning then during this process, many ozone-depleting substances comes out like methyl bromide. I'm familiar with ozone depletion processes, but not so much biomass burning.  What compounds do you think would be released that would contribute to ozone destruction?

Kenneth is certainly correct that it would only add to normal stratospheric chemistry, but even natural sources can deplete ozone (not just anthropogenic CFCs, etc.).

My read of the question is whether constituents released from burning could cause ozone depletion.  I don't think there's much emitted that would lead to catalytic cycles, which have the most depletion potential.  Chlorine is important, as is bromine; odd-nitrogen-oxides (NO, NO2) are important too. 

Of course a whole other issue is getting emitted constituents into the stratosphere.  Easier in the tropics.

Of course you're right about organic/inorganic, and I'm familiar with the reservoir species.  I'm not sure what "theory" you're referring to, and did not see a supplement cited yesterday.
