I don't think there are any plant extracts thought to have the action of growth hormone, as that is a protein made of almost 200 amino acids. In the 80's and 90's, colustrum was marketed to bodybuilders due to the prescence of hormones like IGF-1, but any compound of that complexity is destroyed in the stomach. There have been studies on phytosterols and steroidal saponins beta-sitosterol, protodioscin (tribulus) and saw palmetto, but all with modest results at best. You may be able to find full text articles on PubMed for some of the more well researched compounds.
