I guess you know these two books: 1) Beesley et al. (2000) "Polychaetes and Allies, The Sothern Synthesis"; and 2) Rouse & Pleijel (2001) "Polychaetes". But these books are not strictly identification manuals. There are geographical areas with good collections of books for identification, such as Europe with the British Fauna collection, or the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) with the book series Fauna Ibérica, which is now in press volume 4, and in drafting process the fifth volume. Also the Taxonomic Atlas of the benthic fauna of the Santa Maria Basin and western Santa Barbara Channel is a very good collection of books abot the fauna (polychaetes included of the Pacific coast of North America.
But unfortunately most of the specialized literature in polychaetes, anywhere in the world, is in the form of scientific papers, not in books.
The book "Poliquetos de Mexico y America Tropical" was published in 2009, and include keys to the families and chapters by family with keys to genera and species. However, is in Spanish and the genera and species keys are only for tropical species from America. You could download free in: http://www.fcb.uanl.mx/silpoly/
