It is not meaningful by what you have meant by rapid. Another thing is, it is important to know about the type or area of research to recommend journals for publication of your research. Anyway, please don't be in a hurry, have patience please. You need some minimum time for a good publication in a good journal. And please don't go for so called predatory or fake journal which will publish your journal(s) within few days without any real review. It is good that you have mentioned about what you are concerned i.e. Journals listed in Clarivate Analytics. And another important thing is that publication rapidity does not depend only on the Journal. It depends firstly on the submitted manuscript, if manuscript is good, have minimum correction or requirements from the reviewers then it may have need less time then other one, it also depends on reviewers availability, etc. If you want to go for journals with moderate impact factors search the list of Clarivate Analytics and please know about the journals of your research field, browse their website by which you will have important information including processing time. There is nothing like rapid when it come to quality publications. Yes, there are some journals that takes less times for eg. Journals ending with Letters or Reports (FEMS Microbiology Letters/Molecular biology Reports) are quick and you may expect decision in two or three weeks.
