I am working on some new statistical methods for cancer diagnosis based on the spectroscopic data. I have already studied on some mass spectrometry data but I want to use my method on some other spectroscopic data sets to evaluate the generalization ability of the method. Can anyone help me to find raman spectroscopy or FT-IR data sets for cancer diagnosis?
