Do you mean monitoring cerebral blood flow after inducing ischemia? or you are looking for a method alternative to doppler flowmetry to monitor blood flow while you are inducing ischemia?

Dear Hassan, Thank you for your reply. As you know for monitoring blood flow while we are inducing ischemia, we should do another surgery to put probe of doppler on the skull. Monitoring of blood folw in human do not need surgery and probe will be put on the skin (Scalp). I asked many companies, however they told me that for animal we should remove skin and put probe on the skull. As you know, more surgery will cause more mortality. I am searching for alternative non invasive method  to monitor blood flow of cerebral arteries.

Thank you for your answer to my question. In fact we use this method in our lab, however, I intend to use another possible method withod any scalp incision. As you know for human, Laser doppler is used transcutaneous.
