there are standard culture you can use as a control in your study. Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG for instance, can help you. L. casei Zhang, L. casei Shirota and many more culture with known profile can be useful for you. All the best.

Mr Hamidreza, this is just an example for LGG. In fact, LGG can be used as a control strain for study involving probiotic lactobacilli. The choice of the control strain depends on the author.
