In general to generate power from Wind Energy Conversion System (WECS) we are supplying reactive power to WECS. Is there any possibility to generate power using Wind Energy Conversion System without supplying reactive power?

What sort of generator does your WECS use? Is it an induction type? If so it will 'consume' a lot of reactive 'power'. Try Bacha's suggestion use a double fed generator.

What precisely do you mean by 'not supplying reactive power'? To the generator or the load?
Yes, with synchronous Generator reactive power need not be taken from grid. Connection of VSI back-to-back converters to the grid also operates it with unity power factor.
