Energy consumption (E)=power * time
E=1000* 12
E= 12000 Watt-hour.
But in real case, compressor is not in operation for all the time and fans only rotating. In that time, whether load will take same current (same power) or not. If not what is the method to calculate energy?
The user manual might have information on power consumption by accessories. If so, you might easily calculate the total energy consumption. You might also visit the Web of AC 's manufacturer. It is highly likely that you might get some clue there.
In the real case the compressor is not in operation for all the time due to the setting of the temperature control. If the set temperature is 20 C then the AC will cool until the temperature drops below 20 C and then stop. If the temperature rises above 20 C then the AC will start again.
This is only valid if the heat load is lower than the 1000 W cooling power. For example if the heat load is 500 W at 20 C then the AC will be in operation for about 50% of the time.

Load curve is presented in kW versus the time. When it is plotted for 4 hours it is called daily load (area under the curve presents the energy consumption in kWh)
As I understand, EER should depend on the outside temperature. At least, I saw it being called EER(95F.)
The dependency is quadric or cubic. EER(ToutF, TinF) = EER95*(0.00011*ToutF^2-0.0375*ToufF+3.57)*(1+(TinF-72)*0.011)
