1) Is the output power generated by vibration-based energy harvesting (with size limits, the whole cantilever and the structure will not exceed 30 cm by 30 cm by 30 cm), enough to power UHF (Ultra High Frequency) RFID tags?
2) Or any possibilities to power the radio connected to the antenna to read the UHF RFID tags?

We developed vibration energy harvesters using electrostatic MEMs converters. Using also the Piezoelectric converters that are based on harvesting the mechanical vibration.
Ultimately you can withdraw the energy required for the TAG for the rf power sent by the reader.
The last method is the most reliable one, then comes the piezoelectric converters and finally the electrostatic MEMS converters.
I think you can determine your self the feasibility of using Piezoelectric harvester.
This can be done by searching for the commertial harvesters and you can see how far their out power stored in a battery can be used to energize your TAG.
