Oil are relatively cheaper compared to other energy storage material. If Oil is used as Sensible heat storage what is the maximum heat that can be stored in the oil ? What is the useful life of the oil ? How many number of cycles the oil charge/discharge heat ?

It can be used but hige amounst of oil are required. In any case, you can use the next equation for calculation the energy storage in sesnible cases:
Q=m*cp* ΔΤ
Yes you can but make sure that the oil you choose doesn't decompose or vaporizes when heated to the required storage temperature.

Dear Colleague. The first property of oil, which be use for energy storage medium, is the calorific capacity at constant pressure Cp. Indeed, more the Cp value is high more the storage will be successful opreation. But, we should note that Cp dépends on temperature.
First u need to consider the boiling point and melting temperature bcoz the temperature will increase up to 100C
As working fluide you can use oil, with respecting operate température always down 400°C but as heat storage i think it is not good idea . try molten salt.
Molten salts face crystalization problems and have to be kept over a temperature limit (120-150oC). Thus teh optimum storage medium is depended on the application in every case.
Of course you could use oil as a heat storage medium, but why would you want to do that when water is available? Depending on the oil, water has roughly twice the specific heat of oil and about 1.1 times the density, so you would need about 2.2 time the volume of oil to store the same amount of heat. There are of course temperature issues, but you did not mention the operating range of interest. Now if you are thinking about oil as a heat transfer medium, that's a whole different kettle of fish.

As already depicted, the specific heat (cp) is the most important parameter to be considered. The motor oil "cp" is aour 2.0 kJ/kg*K, half of the water.
Anyway, you have also to take into account the temperature range, because of the phase change effect and the changing of "cp".
I deem oil is not useful for similar applications.
Well as you mentioned "sensible heat" you must first determine the pressure in which oil is supposed to exist or in other words the thermodynamic state of the oil. Then you can find the temperature at which the oil changes phase when heated; thats the maximum temperature. Then as what Dr. Bellos mentioned properly in previous comments You have to use the equation Q=m*Cp*(T_saturation-T_inirial) where T_initial is the oil before-hearing temperature.
