Is there any polypeptide sequence specificity for formation of a specific K-48 polyubiquitin chain directing the substrate peptide to proteosomal degradation?
Somnath, have a look at this paper: http://www.biomedcentral.com/1471-2105/12/S14/S8
It may be of assistance when it comes to peptide sequences that are relevant to polyubiquitination.
Hi Somnath.
Is this of use to you? http://www.biomedcentral.com/1471-2105/12/S14/S8
