I have recently worked on mutation in SARS-CoV-2 and I found some mutated clusters in Spike Glycoprotein, nsp1a and nsp7a. So, the virus may lead to change its receptor binding or even it's growth mechanism through non-structural mutation. Also, mutation is not equal all over the world, it's demographic.

So, I wanted to relate with all the respected researchers' knowledge about mutation to find any patterns in it.

Can the properties of second wave be determined in any analysis of genome change?
