The Fuzzy Delphi is a more advanced version of the Delphi Methodin that it utilizes triangulation statistics to determine the distance between the levels of consensus within the expert panel. Yet, Is there any other method can use instead of fuzzy Delphi method to select the most suitable criteria?

Have you heard about the Rough Set Theory? You can try combining the Delphi method and rough sets classifier just like how people combined Delphi and Fuzzy Logic.

Thanks for replying my question, actually it's quite interested method.
I found the attached paper regarding to rough Delphi method.
But this method tried to ranking the importance of criteria level based on its weight value. While fuzzy Delphi method tried to screening the criteria based on the conditions of item acceptability.

These statistical coefficients are used for determining the conformity or reliability of experts' evaluations, and the Kendall coefficient with a value greater than or equal to 0.7 was considered as the stopping index for the procedure of the Delphi method.
