Other than Raman is there any other easily available method to confirm formation of graphene by CVD on a Cu foil?
Raman is the only simple technique for carbon material. It can be finger print of your material. Since it is single layer with thickness of one atom, other techniques are not so easy.
What about FTIR? You can get the signal from there, I guess...
In addition, what is the thickness of your film?? EDS can also confirm the composition for your material..

You can try disperse your graphene or few-layers graphene in a solvent, recover them on a TEM grid and have a look. Better using high-resolution (aberration-corrected) in this case. Or use atomic force microscopy.

Raman and AFM can prove the presence of graphene. Since Raman shows the presence of 2D' band and also a high G band (depends upon the no.of layers single layer gives a strong peak and as the layers increase the band decreases), whereas in AFM graphene exhibits a strong contrast between bilayers (if only two layers are found).
You can partially oxidize the Cu (below 200 degree celsius) and view the graphene crystals with an optical microscope. On Partially oxidized Cu surface ( usually pink in color) you can see graphene as patches. If crystal is bigger than 5 micron you can observe its shape also.
