Is there any open source to check sequence/structure-based compatibility of two IDPs that can possibly generated heterotypic amyloids?

I would like to check the probability of two different IDPs compatibility to form heterotypic fibrils, can anyone suggest reliable technique to do so? Any help will be highly appreciated.
