Is there any open source to check sequence/structure-based compatibility of two IDPs that can possibly generated heterotypic amyloids?

I would like to check the probability of two different IDPs compatibility to form heterotypic fibrils, can anyone suggest reliable technique to do so? Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

I have problem growing SHSY-5Y cells which forms clump 1-2 days after seeding in DMEM+F12 (1:1) plus 10% FBS. How to troubleshoot this?
