I think if you characterize the morphological properties using transmission electron microscopy or scanning electron microscopy you can able to find out the number of liposomal particles that are coated with cyclodextrin.

Thank you koteshwari. But how does morphology tell percentage of liposomes coated by cyclodextrin. Do they differ morphologically?

You can rupture the lipsoomal system by sonication or by adding surfactant. Followed by this you can directly quantify the amount of lipid present in 1 ml of solution and determine the % lipid composition.

Probably you can plot an calibration curve of lipid through UV or you can also use suitable HPLC method.
