Omar Gonzalez-Ortega Drug is an anti-inflammatory drug (Diclofenac) and the gel is Agarose .

You either dissolve the agarose gel or extract the drug. It will depend on what the drug can withstand.

Some options are:

1. Dissolve the gel by heating in an aqueous environment

2. Hydrolyze the agarose with agarase

3. Extract the drug with an acidified organic solvent
