Dear Scholars, According to Hertz-berg two-factor theory the determinants of Satisfaction and Dissatisfaction are not same. It means both satisfaction and dissatisfaction can not be considered as opposite sides of the same continuum. If so, employee's Job Dissatisfaction or Customer's Dissatisfaction is different construct from Job Satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction respectively. While there are many measurement scales available to measure job satisfaction or customer satisfaction, is there any measurement scale for measuring job dissatisfaction or customer dissatisfaction.
