In a MULTIPLE AUTHOR ARTICLE, it is always debated whose name goes FIRST, MIDDLE, and LAST, So, is there any MATRIX to measure/compare contribution of multiple authors in a PAPER/ARTICLE and position their names as authors accordingly?

There is no requirement made by the journals, except that all have contributed. The order (and sufficient amount of contributions) therefore varies almost arbitrarily. There is no way to tell just from the order alone. Usually however, the first author and corresponding author are assumed to have contributed the most. Some journals even have shared first authors and shared corresponding authors now.

yes, if you take the research paper is related to Ph.D work then the first author definitely the Ph.D scholar who will be the main contributor, second author automatically his first main research guide and third authorship for second research guide. so Ph.D work mean very easy to distribute authorship of the paper.
If the publication is purely the research work done by a team of scientist then the distribution of authorship is slightly complicated. But easy to work out authorship for example the main contributor who has done more than 50 - 70 % of the work have to get first authorship, second authorship mainly go the principal investigator of the research and third or fourth can be given as per the percentage of involvement in the project..it is the principal investigator responsibility to know the percentage of work done by individual member within the team. ok all the best..
There is no pre-defined solutions for this as It depends on the main author and corresponding author. But still we can design neural net to define the authors list based on contribution of the work to an article.
in journal, there is no predefined position but I believe that more value should be given to the main author and correspondence
