Is there any MATLAB code for PHOTONIC CRYSTAL FIBRE SENSOR ?

I want to write code for a photonic crystal fiber sensor based on COMSOL multiphysics software ...can anyone provide me some idea regarding this ??

To my understanding, the simulation of the sensor can be followed in Finite element method based COMSOL multiphysics. The sensing investigation depends on the effective index of the guided and plasmonic modes of the simulated system. Kindly mention which technique that you focus for the sensor investigation.
