The sun is delivering a large amount of heat.
Buildings with large windows are able to collect this. Normally architects avoid overheating of building rooms by the sun. Otherwise there is the chance to use this heat and cool the rooms by air/water heat pumps. The stored heat can be used for warm water supply or to heat the rooms at the evening/night when outside temperatures go down.
For calculating the heat amount of the sun I need information about the volume of the sun input in dependence of the windows areas / building construction / region / seasons /....
Can anybody help?

Look for technical literature on passive buildings, heated with solar heat from large glass panes (e.g. the book Solar engineering of thermal processes, chapter 14, that you can read for free, search the web for it)
Any good book on design of air conditioning system will be useful for your research. Refer ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Condtioning Engineers) codes for estimating sesible heat flow (conduction heat fow) to room through windows, glass pane, walls, ceiling, floor, and radiation load from sun depending on location of place, direction of location, size of the room, etc., .

I will suggest you to model a simple building of dimension (5mX4mX3.5M) in TRNSYS and replace all external façade with glass (Single, double, triple or mixed glazing and conventional building material) and run it for total thermal load. You will know how much heat get accumulated inside in both the cases. It is not at all advisable to use glass on external façade. Using glass reduces the upfront cost of construction and maintenance but increases the running cost of building many folds.
There is also lot of literature on effect of glass façade on building thermal load characteristics.
