I do not think that there is any such list that gives complete information on bacteria that are pathogenic to humans.

I have authored one book entitled" Zoonoses" which has mentioned only those bacterial pathogens, which are communicable from animals to humans.

No - there is no list of all possible bacteria that could be pathogenic. Under the right circumstance of exposure, host compromise, etc. it's difficult to define.
