Is there any list of hazardous substance used (approved) by OSHA for the U.S. as Table 3.1 and 3.2 of Annex VI to CLP for European Union?

Thank you very much. Those tables are very general. Good list of air pollutants and less info on other hazards. I am wondering to know if there is a specific list of hazardous chemicals to align of OSHA's CHS with UN's GHS.
In addition to the chemicals listed in Tables Z-1, Z-2 and Z-3, OSHA has detailed standards for a number of specific chemicals. These are listed in 29 CFR 1910.1001 - 1910.1052 (for general industry in the US). You can see the listing in the table of contents at

OSHA does not have a list of harmonised classified chemicals, which is what the question is about. When it adopted some of the GHS into its Hazard Communication Standard, OSHA did not include any such process, and did away with the requirement that one scientific study showing a positive effect having to be declared on a data sheet. The only lists required to be used as references are indirectly mentioned for listing toxiciological information in Section 12 of data sheets (NTP and IARC). The very few standards for specific chemicals also must be used; they have not been updated for years.
In California, after an intense fight, we kept the Director's List and references to a variety of lists that must be consulted in classifying chemicals. We also kept the one-study requirement.See http://www.dir.ca.gov/oshsb/documents/GHS_update_to_hazard_communication_%E2%80%93_health_fedfinalrule_apprvdtxt.pdf. This means that any company selling a product in that state must have a data sheet that uses the California rules.
One consequence of this is that companies are classifying chemicals depending on whether or not there is a harmonised list in the law, and what it includes. Thanks to a harmonisation agreement with the US, Canada has lost its Ingredient Disclsoure List.
