Is there any kit to silence my gene up to 90% that you guys would recommend, as most kits available can only silence up to 60-70%?

The best recommendation I would do for transducting and infecting CD34+ progenitor with shRNA encoded lentivirus is the Magnetofection technology especially ViroMag and ViroMag R/L as demonstrated by many publications.
