Currently I am using TPS2024 from Tektronix which is a 4 analog channel isolated oscilloscope. In-order to upgrade the oscilloscope we are looking for mixed channel (analog & digital) oscilloscope. And we are looking for at least 4 analog channels and those should be isolated.
Plz suggest some oscilloscope with this configuration. we prefer Tektronix / Keysight.
We recently purchased MSOx4024A from Keysight for chip testing and chr. It is a mixed-signal oscilloscope with 4 analog channel, 16 digital channel with wide touch 12 "" and good for testing characterisation.

I'm not sure if this is still relevant but I have recently tried finding an isolated oscilloscope my self since it makes measuring alot easier. Unfortunatly there is not many scopes out there with that feature. There are a few handheld ones, but since thats not what I need I have not looked in to them that much. It comes down to just a few choices:
Cleverscope seems to me the, by far, best choice. The Tektronix scope is quite an old design, and the CMRR is quite a bit higher than the Cleverscope.
