I need some parasites to test for in vitro, however I don't have the facility to obtain them. Or are there any who provides these - Rat tapeworm, Ascaris and the Fish tapeworm?
You can't grow the above helminths in vitro - need to have them from animals. THere may be an institution in the Philippines working on one or more of these that have some in laboratory animals, but they are not "isolated" as such. If you want eggs and not adult worms, this is much easier, and collection of faeces from infected animals will allow you to retrieve these (salt flotation is a good way to separate eggs from most faecal matter).
I'm sorry, but one absolutely can't get Ascaris, fish tapeworm (=Diphyllobothrium) or rat tapeworm (=Hymenolepis diminuta) from sheep or goat feces. If you've got to ask why this is, you don't know very much Parasitology at all.
