I do not think you can find a unique value for Panavia F2.0 resin, though, in principle, CTE value of any commercial dental resin and its composite should be close to that of human enamel (~17×10−6/°C as reported by Xu et al). I also suspect that the manufactuer will fail to specify a unique value for it without considering many factors like temperature (see Sideridou et al), environments (dry, wet or lavae (see Lopes et al), or filler loadings (see Alnazzawi and Watts).

(Abstract: The coefficient of thermal expansion of specimens from 60 freshly extracted human teeth were measured over the range 10–80°C using a dilatometer. The coefficient increased rapidly above 50°C, but there was no significant variation with tooth age between 10 and 70 years. (Abstract: The thermal expansion characteristics of dental resins prepared by light-curing of Bis-GMA, TEGDMA, UDMA, Bis-EMA(4) or PCDMA dimethacrylate monomers and of commercial light-cured resin composites (Z-100 MP, Filtek Z-250, Sculpt-It and Alert), the organic matrix resin of which is based on different combinations of the above monomers, were studied by thermomechanical analysis (TMA). This study showed the existence of a glass transition temperature at around 35–47°C for the resins and 40–45°C for the composites; then the coefficient of linear thermal expansion (CLTE) was calculated at the temperature intervals 0–60°C, 0-Tg and Tg-60°C. The CLTE values of Bis-GMA, TEGDMA and UDMA resins are similar and lower than those of Bis-EMA (4) and PCDMA resins. The CLTE values of the composites indicated that the major factor that affects the CLTE of a composite is the filler content, but it also seems to be affected by the chemical structure of the matrix resin. TMA on water-saturated samples showed that water desorption takes place during the measurement and that the residual water acts as a plasticizer decreasing the Tg and increasing the CLTE values. (Abstract: The mismatch of thermal expansion and contraction between restorative materials and tooth may cause stresses at their interface, which may lead to microleakage. The present work compared the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) with the thermomechanical behavior of human and bovine teeth and determined if the CTE is a suitable parameter to describe tooth behavior. Fifteen human third molar and 15 bovine incisor tooth slices (6×5×2 mm) were allocated to 3 groups according to the test environment: G1 - room condition, G2 - 100% humidity, G3 - desiccated and tested in dry condition. Each specimen was weighed, heated from 20 to 70ºC at 10ºC min-1 and reweighed. The CTE was measured between 20 and 50ºC. Fresh dentin (human -0.49% ± 0.27, bovine -0.22% ± 0.16) contracted on heating under dry condition.
