I am working on modeling Gene Regulatory Networks (GRN). The software Genenetweaver provides in silico data sets for steady state, time-series, etc. For evaluating the performance of a model, people consider in vivo or in vitro datasets of 'known' networks as well. The time-series data usually considered are SOS Data (Uri Alon's lab), IRMA data, etc. I am interested to use steady state data of wild-type and knock outs generated by Genenetweaver. (Knock-out data set provides the steady state expression values of all genes at deletion of one gene at a time) I want to evaluate my method on another (not in silico) dataset. Could anyone advise me if there is any real (in-vitro or in-vivo) data sets of knock outs available for a 'known' network?

Any help is appreciated.

Many Thanks,

Ahammed
